  • You earn up to 15 Reward Points per 100 spent on booking Air India tickets through airindia.com and Air India mobile app.

Terms of use:

  • Booking through Air India Website and App provides 15 Reward Points for the self; and 5 Reward Points for others.

Ans: Some of the common reasons for non-enrolment of Frequent Flyer membership number with Air India are:

1. Having previous Frequent Flyer Membership number which is not same as the one imprinted on your Air India SBI Platinum Card

2. The e-Mail ID used is not as per the SBI Card database

3. When an initial of the name or a single alphabet is used in place of the First Name or Last Name, processing fails and shows inaccurate name.
