  • The minimum annual income criterion to qualify for this card is 2 lakhs.
  • 250 will be collected as a one-time charge for issuing the card.
  • The credit limit will be fixed at 50% of the annual income.
  • Free credit period from 20 to 50 days.
  • Insurance cover up to 8 lakhs for the cardholder and 4 lakhs for the death of spouse due to an air crash. Death cover up to 4 lakhs for the cardholder and 2 lakh for the spouse for death caused due to any other reason other than the an accident.

  • 1 lakh is the minimum annual income required to qualify for this card.
  • 50% of the credit limit can be drawn as a cash advance.
  • Cash can be withdrawn at any Canara Bank ATM.
  • Free insurance cover against lost baggage while travelling, lost liability for lost/ stolen card and personal accident cover on death due to an accident.

  • The credit limit fixed will be proportionate to 50% of the annual income of the applicant.

Canara Mastercard Global Credit Card
  • Option for Add-On card is available on the request of the existing Canara bank Credit Card holder.
  • The minimum annual income required to be eligible for the card is 2 lakhs.
  • The credit limit fixed will be equivalent to 50% of the annual income of the applicant.
  • Complimentary cover for baggage loss, lost card liability and personal accident on death due to an accident is available.
  • Insurance cover up to 8 lakhs for the card holder and 4 lakhs for the spouse is available on death due to air crash.
  • For death due to any reason, other than an accident the insurance cover available is 4 lakhs for the cardholder and 2.00 lakhs for the spouse.
Canara Corporate Credit Card
  • This card is issued to non-individuals like partnership firms, public sector undertakings, Chartered Accountant Firms and Public or Private Companies.
  • Different cards are issued for domestic and international usage.
  • Corporates of S1 and S2 status who are enjoying credit limits with the Bank will be eligible for the card.
  • Companies who do not deal with Canara Bank but have a proven track record will be issued cards at the discretion of the Bank.
  • Private Limited Companies have to submit a Board Resolution in the format provided by the Bank along with the application for the Credit Card. Also, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company are required to be submitted.
  • The minimum credit limit for the card will be 50,000 and the maximum limit will be 1 Crore. The main limit fixed for the Company will be distributed among the employees as per the hierarchy.
  • The bill will be created in the name of the Company with details of transactions on the cards issued to the employees of the Company.

Canara Bank Credit Card Rewards

You can earn 2 reward Points for every 100 spent on the card for all purchases. 1 reward point is equal to 0.25. There will be no reward points on fuel purchase and payment of utility bills.

The payment of Canara Bank Credit Card Dues can be made in either of the following ways:

  • Auto-Debit: If you have a Savings Bank/ Current Account at Canara Bank you can give auto-debit instructions for the Credit Card payment.
  • NEFT: If payment is made from any other bank account then NEFT is the way to opt for repayment. The 16-digit Credit Card number has to be provided in the place of the beneficiary Account Number. The IFSC code that has to be mentioned is CNRB0001912.
