  • Then click on the ‘Update PIN’ option.
  • Enter the OTP received and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Now enter a new PIN twice and then click on ‘Update PIN’.

  • Log in to Chatbot ILA and ask the query ‘How do I generate transaction PIN for my credit card’.
  • Then click on the ‘Add-on Card’ option.
  • Then click on the ‘Update PIN’ option.
  • Enter the OTP received and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Now enter a new PIN twice and then click on ‘Update PIN’.

To opt for SBI credit card PIN generation by SMS, send an SMS to 567676 from your registered mobile number. Make sure you send the SMS in the CCPIN XXXX format, wherein XXX is the last 4-digits of your credit card number. For a successful SBI credit card PIN change through SMS, you must send the message from the phone number that is registered with the bank.

Steps to generate SBI Credit Card PIN through IVR

  • Call on the SBI credit card customer care number, i.e. 1860 180 1290 or 39 02 02 02 (Prefix local STD Code).
  • Select option ‘6’ for generating PIN.
  • Enter your SBI card number of 16 digits, date of birth in DD MM YYYY format and card expiry date in MM YY format.
  • Now enter the 6-digit OTP sent on your registered mobile number or email id.
  • Select a 4-digit PIN number and then re-confirm to get a confirmation message on the IVR.
