HDFC Loan Statement

HDFC loan statement is provided by HDFC Bank to all its personal loan borrowers each month till the end of the repayment tenure. This document has information about your loan account, such as EMIs paid, EMIs payable, loan balance, outstanding amount, and so on. The statement has four main components as mentioned below:

• Statement period: This section of your personal loan account statement contains information of the duration of your personal loan for which transactions are displayed in your HDFC personal loan statements.    
• Transaction activity: This section provides information about any fee or penalty (if any) charged during the loan tenure. 
• Due amount: This section mentions the outstanding personal loan amount. 
• Unpaid principal balance: This section mentions the outstanding portion of your personal loan amount which is yet to be paid by you.

HDFC Bank is operational at two separate online portals that serve different customer groups, i.e. Net Banking Portal for existing customers (such as customers having a savings or current account with the bank) and the ELOANS Portal for new customers who only have a HDFC loan account. 

Below are the steps to be followed to register at each of these online portals:

For Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer of HDFC Bank (i.e. if you have a savings/current account with the bank), follow the steps mentioned below to register on the HDFC personal loan portal online:

• Visit the internet banking portal of HDFC Bank.
• Enter your customer ID given by the bank in your banking kit. 
• Click on the “Go” button.
• A web page will be displayed wherein you have to enter the security code. 
• Click on the “Continue” button to register your customer ID to access HDFC Bank’s internet banking portal.
• Now enter the OTP received on your mobile number to confirm your registered mobile number.
• Select the debit card available with HDFC Bank. Only the first and last 4 digits of your debit card number will be displayed by the system for security purposes.
• Enter your card details and click on the “Confirm” button to set your HDFC Bank net banking password or IPIN. 

For New Customers

If you do not have any existing relationship with HDFC Bank, follow the steps mentioned below to complete the registration process for logging into the HDFC ELOANS portal:

• Visit HDFC ELOANS portal and click on the “Register” button mentioned at the bottom of the webpage given under the “New User” sub-head.
• Now enter your user ID, loan account number, date of birth or date of incorporation, last EMI amount paid, password and click on the “Submit” button to register your loan account online.

After you have registered at HDFC personal loan online portal successfully, you can follow the steps given below for HDFC loan account login.

For Existing Customers

• Visit the net banking portal of HDFC Bank and enter your “User ID”, then click on “Continue” for HDFC personal loan login.
• Now enter your IPIN or net banking password and click on the “Login” button.
• A web page will be displayed when you log in for the first time. Here you will need to change your net banking IPIN. 
• Change your IPIN and click on the “Confirm” button. The IPIN should be alpha-numeric and must contain 6 to 15 characters.
• After successfully completing the password changing process, a web page will appear from where you can log in to the HDFC net banking portal by using your user ID and newly set password. Here you can check your personal loan related details.

For New Customers

• Visit the HDFC ELOANS portal.
• Now enter your login ID and password. 
• Click on the “Log In” button to avail the various services offered on the HDFC loan login portal.

• Now you will be redirected to a new webpage where you have to click on the ‘Login to NetBanking’ button for logging into your Netbanking Account.
