Knowing your CIBIL Score before applying for a loan is mandatory for a seamless loan process. The minimum CIBIL Score required for personal loan is between 700 to 750, and the minimum CIBIL Score required for home loan is between 600 to 750.   • Access the official website of CIBIL, i.e. https://CIBIL.com
  • Select the plan you need by clicking on the ‘Get your CIBIL Score’ option
  • Go to the ‘Create Your Account’ option (Provide basic personal details like name, email ID, Type of Government ID(PAN, Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID, Driving Licence etc.) and the ID number and mobile number.
  • You can go to the next step, i.e., ‘Verify your Identity’, once you click on the ‘Accept and Continue button.
  • After completion of verification, you can go to the ‘Payments Section’. At this stage, you can make the payment for a subscription. Individuals who need to draw CIBIL Report on a regular basis can opt for monthly/bi-monthly/half-yearly/annual subscriptions.
  • Once payment is made, registration will be successful, and you can log in to your account and gain access to the various features of the site.

Steps to be followed by Companies for CIBIL Registration

  • Access the link https://CIBILrank.CIBIL.com
  • The following details of the Company have to be entered.
  • Name of the Company
  • Type of Entity
  • Type of ID
  • ID Number
  • Registered Address of the Company
  • State
  • City
  • PIN
  • Contact details of the authorised signatory

On completion of the second step, click on the ‘Proceed’ button  
Use any payment mode like net banking, debit card or credit card for payment of subscription fee, i.e., Rs. 3000/-  
A CIBIL Registration ID and Transaction ID will be sent to the email ID registered to the Company account.  
The Company can use the CIBIL Registration ID for CIBIL login henceforth. Currently, there are four credit rating agencies in India, namely TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark and Equifax.

CIBIL login new registration is mandatory for both individuals and companies to gain access to the CIBIL Portal. What is the fee to access the CIBIL report and Score?

You have various plans with a different fee structure to access CIBIL Report and Score.

  • As per RBI guidelines, one free report will be provided in a year.
  • After exhausting the free report facility, you will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 550/- for one time CIBIL Report generation.
  • Under the Standard Subscription Plan, you will have to pay a fee of Rs. 800 and you will be provided two reports in 6 months.
  • Under the Premium Subscription Plan, you will have to pay Rs. 1200/- and will be provided 4 Credit Reports in a year.

The reasons why you cannot log in to Transunion are:

  • The link you have chosen for login may be wrong
  • The username and password may be incorrect.

To ensure the correct link, first, clear the cache and browser history and then look in the settings/options/tool section of your browser.

If the username and password are incorrect, you will have to go for the reset option by selecting the right link. Several questions have to be answered as an identification process.
