You have to select the ‘For Employees’ option under the ‘Services’ menu, click on ‘Member Passbook’ and enter the UAN and Password (same as e-Sewa Portal). Then click on the Member ID to access the passbook.

2. Manage: You can also manage and modify some details on your own on the portal.

  • Email ID & Mobile Number Registration: Through the portal, you can manage your contact details. You will receive an authorization pin to the new number for changing the contact number. Your mobile number will be updated instantly once you fill the pin in the space provided. Similarly, you can also update a new email ID on the UAN Member Portal.

3. Online Services: You can avail various online services through the portal, such as:

  • Claim (Form 31, 19 and 10C): the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), w.e.f February 2017, has introduced the new composite claim forms for claiming full or partial withdrawal of PF. The claim section includes three forms, i.e. Form 31, 19 and 10C. However, Aadhaar must be linked to UAN for claiming full/partial withdrawal through Composite Claim Form.
  • Transfer: You can also request for transferring your PF amount from the previous account into the current one. However, before applying for a PF transfer, make sure that your KYC details on the website are correct, your previous & current bank account details and IFSC code are seeded into the UAN database, and KYC details are seeded against the UAN. You can claim only one transfer request on the previous PF account.
