Level 1:

A unique reference number will be given to you against your complaint, which will be communicated within two working days with an appropriate turnaround time. As per MoneyTap’s claim, they address customer complaints within five working days.

If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was addressed in Level 1, you can escalate your complaint to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) ate the below-mentioned details:

How Much Time is Taken by MoneyTap to Resolve the Complaints

Resolution timelines are given below: 

  • For general complaints: 3 - 14 days.
  • Other complaints, including legal cases, suspected fraud, and so on: 5 - 30 days.
  • Complaints involving third party or other teams: 5 - 30 days
