Union Budget 2021: Download Govt Mobile App & Get Instant Updates

Finance Minister N Sitharaman has launched Union Budget Mobile App for India’s first ever paperless budget, scheduled to be presented on February 1, 2021. The mobile app can be downloaded from android as well iOS supported mobiles & devices. Using the app, the budget can be accessed by public. 

National Informatics Centre (NIC) under the guidance of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) has developed the Union Budget 2021 Mobile App.

To download Union Budget Mobile App, open Android play store/ iOS app store and search for Union Budget App or click on the following links.

The app will provide one point direct access to budget documents in public domain. The budget 2021 will be paperless. After the presentation, the budget speech and all the relevant documents will be available on the mobile app. Simply, the best form of digital convenience!

All these 14 documents will be listed on the platform. You can use search tab to find the required document. A right arrow symbol will denote the sub documents. You can download the same by clicking on the “Complete Document” button.

The App is user-friendly and supports embedded features for downloading, printing, search, zoom in and out, bidirectional scrolling, table of contents and external links.

The app is available in English as well as Hindi and can be accessed on both Android and iOS platforms.

The app was launched on customary pre-budget Halwa Ceremony.
