Saksham Yuva Yojana scheme is launched by the Haryana State Government. Under this scheme, the government provides employment opportunities to eligible Haryana resident youth aged between 21 to 35 years in the state government department.

Saksham Yuva Schemes

  • Saksham Yuva Yojna is launched by the Haryana State Government.
  • Eligible individuals can visit the Employment Exchange Haryana and opt for Saksham Yuva login to apply for the scheme.  
  • Any Haryana State resident individual who has passed their Post-Graduation and Graduation in Science, Engineering, Science and an equivalent degree from a recognized University or affiliated college in the State of Haryana, NCT Delhi, and UT Chandigarh.
  • The eligible candidate should be an educated youth aged between 21 to 35 years. 
  • Those who are registered with employment exchange can register on the Saksham portal for availing of the benefits of the scheme. 
  • When any indenting departments/PSUs/ Universities/Boards deploy the SAKSHAM YUVA, they have to be deployed for minimum 3 years or on attaining 35 years of age, whichever is earlier.
  • An applicant can apply for the scheme through the Saksham Yuva portal only once. A second chance can be provided by the concerned ADC/DC only after finding that the applicant’s rejection from the scheme is done on the wrong grounds and needs reapplication.
  • The applicant can complete the Saksham Yuva check status process by logging into Saksham Yuva.
  • To apply for the scheme, individuals have to provide some documents like identity proof, bank details, PAN card, and education proof.

Saksham Yuva Yojana Features & Benefits

  • The Saksham Yuva scheme aims at providing employment opportunities to the youth aged between 21 to 35 years in various departments of the State Government of Haryana. 
  • Saksham scheme enables eligible young individuals to choose the skill of their choice.
  • The following allowances and honorariums are provided under Saksham Yuva Yojana:
    • Under the scheme, up to Rs. 3,000 allowance is offered to unemployed youth as Saksham Yuva salary.
    • Rs. 100 per month is offered to qualified matriculate applicants.
    • Rs. 900 per month is offered to eligible 10+2 equivalent applicants.
    • Rs. 1,500 per month is offered to eligible graduates or equivalent applicants.
    • Rs. 3,000 per month is offered to eligible post-graduates or equivalent applicants.
    • A monthly honorarium of up to Rs. 6,000 is offered for up to 100 hours of honorary assignments a month. 

Saksham Yuva Yojana Eligibility

Following are the eligibility criteria for two different components under the Sakshamyuva Yojana:

Eligibility for monthly unemployed allowance

  • The applicant must be a resident of Haryana.
  • The applicant must be aged between 21 to 35 years.
  • The applicant should have completed: 
    • The 12th or a 2-year certificate/diploma course post-matric from any Haryana government recognized Board/University. 
    • Graduation from any Haryana government recognized Board/University. 
    • Post-graduation from any Haryana government recognized Board/University. 
    • The applicant’s annual daily income (combined of all income sources) should not be above Rs. 3 Lakhs. 
    • The applicant should be registered under any Live Registrar of Employment Exchange in Haryana for at least 3 years as of 1st November of the year.
    • The applicant is not eligible for the scheme if they are an employee who is dismissed from any government service.
    • The applicant should not be self-employed or employed in any sector like public, private, or quasi-government.  

Eligibility for honorarium

  • The applicant should have completed 12th or graduation or post-graduation.
  • The applicant should have completed 12th  as a regular student.
  • The applicant should have finished the post-graduation degree with a regular course from Punjab, Patiala or any recognized university in Haryana, NCT Delhi or Union Territory Chandigarh.
  • The applicant must be aged between 18 to 35 years for 12th and 21 to 35 years for Saksham Yojana for graduate/post-graduate.
  • The applicant must be a resident of Haryana.
  • The applicant’s annual daily income (combined of all income sources) should not be above Rs. 3 Lakhs.
  • The applicant should not be self-employed or employed in any sector like public, private, or quasi-government to be eligible for employment Saksham Yuva.  
  • The applicant should be registered under the Live Registrar of the concerned Employment Exchange.

Documents Required for Haryana Saksham Yojana

Following are the documents required to be submitted to apply for Haryana Saksham Yojana:

  • Proof of identity like Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.
  • Marksheet and degree of 12th, graduation and post-graduation.
  • Bank account details
  • PAN Card  

How to Apply for the Saksham Yuva Scheme?

Follow the steps mentioned below to apply for Saksham Yuva Scheme:

  • Visit the website of the Employment Department of Haryana http://hrex.gov.in/ and log in with Saksham Yuva login ID. 
  • After a successful Saksham Yuva portal login, click on the ‘Free Job Seekers Registration’ tab. 
    Read all the instructions carefully before clicking on the ‘Proceed with Registration link.
  • Fill in the 5-page form correctly and click on ‘Save/Next’.
  • Now you are registered for the scheme.
  • Now you need to submit the required documents and the copy of your temporary I-card to the concerned work trade within a period of 15 days of online registration on the Saksham Yuva portal.
  • Visit the official Saksham Yuva portal gov in and then log in to the Saksham Yuva page. 
    Fill and submit the form opened on the page.
