If your card is lost outside India:
If you have lost SBI Corporate Card outside India, call 24X7 Visa toll-free helpline number within 3 working days. They will provide an emergency card with temporary validity for 30 days.
If you fail to get a satisfactory reply to your complaint even after 30 days of raising a complaint, you can approach the RBI appointed Banking Ombudsman.
