SBI Grievance Redressal Policy

SBI has clearly outlined its Grievance Redressal Policy on the website. You must get a response from your bank within defined timelines.

At Level 1, when you contact the branch for an issue or complaint, wait for a maximum of 10 days to get the response. On the 11th day, you can contact the Local Head and expect the response within 5 days. However, for further query escalation, contact Corporate Centre on the 16th day and wait for 6 days.

It is recommended to contact the senior officials before you approach the Banking Ombudsman Representative.
