• The first and foremost requirement is the registration of your mobile number in the bank records.
• You should then access the Axis Bank Netbanking website.
• Click on the Netbanking Registration Tab
• You will have to then provide the Customer ID. Your Customer ID will be given in the welcome letter as well as the cheque book. You should also enter your registered mobile number.
• The next step will be the validation of your debit card/credit card details.
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• After validation of the OTP, you will be asked to create a login password as per the password creation stipulation.

• Click on Forgot Password option
• Enter Debit Card Number, ATM PIN and card expiry details

For Bill Payment of Axis Credit Card through net banking

• Log in to Axis Net Banking using login credentials.
• Go to Payment Pay Bills
• If a new bill, then complete the New Biller Addition
• Select Credit Card Biller and click on Pay Bill
• Enter details and amount and click on proceed.
• Validate OTP and confirm payment.
