BOB Credit Card Grievance Redressal

If the issue is not resolved to the credit cardholder’s satisfaction by the BOB Credit Card Customer Care, the matter can be escalated to the Grievance Redressal. The hierarchy to be followed is given below:

Level 1

You can send an email to  BOB Financial Solutions Limited at crm@bobfinancial.com. The Email should contain details like name, credit card number, and registered mobile number. The gist of the complaint also has to be given. On registration of the complaint, you will receive a reference number which has to be quoted in your future communications. You will get a response to your query within 3 working days.

Level 2

Even if the Level 1 resolution is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue to the next level i.e, Level 2. You will have to send an email to  crm1@bobfinancial.com. You should remember to mention the complaint reference number provided on registering the complaint at Level 1. You can expect a response within 2 working days.
