SBI, Kotak Bank Slash Home Loan Rates, Lowest offer at 8.40%.

Home Loan Interest Rates continue to cheer residential buyers. The largest PSB State Bank of India (SBI) and private lender Kotak Mahindra Bank have further slashed housing finance interest rates by 10 bps. Customers can avail of the lowest Home Loan offers by Kotak Bank and SBI at 8.95 and 8.40%. respectively till March 31, 2020.

The SBI said that 100% processing fee waiver continues for those who Apply for SBI Home Loan Online through YONO App. The revised SBI Home Loan Interest Rates are linked to Credit Score. The customers with good CIBIL Score will be awarded with the best interest rate offer.

SBI Home Loan Concessional Offer, effective from March 2024:

Furthermore SBI Bank has also slashed premium for Non Salaried customers by 5 bps to 10bps from existing 15 bps. The Lowest Home Loan Interest Rate offer for non salaried applicants will start from 6.80%.

Kotak Mahindra Bank on the other hand has offered lowest Home Loan Rate on Balance Transfer for both salaried and non salaried applicants at 8.40%. onwards. The offer is available on any amount loan. Salaried new Home Loan applicants will get loans from 8.40%. onwards and non salaried Home Loan applicants will get loans from 8.40%. onwards. There is no loan amount capping.
