Redressal of Complaints and Grievance System

IIFL has a standard procedure for registering and disposal of complaints/grievances. Any one of the following methods can be adapted to register a complaint regarding home loans.

  • Call the dedicated IIFL Customer Care Number Home Loan 1860-267-3000, 7039-050-000 between 9.30 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday and between 9.30 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays. The numbers are not available on Sundays and on Public Holidays.
  • You can register the complaint online at https://www.iifl.com/contact-us/raise-a-request. You will be provided with a complaint reference number which has to be quoted if the complaint is escalated to higher levels.
  • You can drop your suggestions/complaints in the suggestions/complaints box that is available at all IIFL Housing Finance branches. The box will be opened at periodical intervals by the Vigilance Officer, and the complaints will be forwarded to the Customer Service Team for redressal.

A register is also maintained at all IIFL Housing Finance branches for customers to register their complaints. The register will be reviewed by the Vigilance Officer at regular intervals and the complaints will be forwarded to the Customer Service Team for resolution.

Redressal procedure and the time frame

For complaints registered at the branches, an acknowledgement will be provided within a week along with the designation and name of the official reviewing the complaint. If the complaint is registered through the dedicated helplines or the IIFL Home Loan Customer Care, a complaint reference number will be provided, and the customer will be informed about the progress.

IIFL Housing Finance Limited will review the issue and will send a final reply or request for further time with reasons. This will be done within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. If the redressal provided at this level is not satisfactory, the customer will be advised about the procedure for escalation of the issue to higher levels.

The matrix for escalation of the complaint when the resolution provided at the branch level is not satisfactory is given below
