Level 2:

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the LIC HFL customer support team by calling the LIC HFL customer care number or via email at Level 1 within 7 working days from the date you registered your complaint, you can escalate the matter to Level 2 by following any of the steps mentioned below:

• Make a call to the Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) in the regional offices.
• Send an email to the CROs who have been chosen for the Back Office or the Regional Office of LIC HFL to address customer grievances.

Level 3:

If the CRO fails to resolve your concern within 6 weeks at Level 2 then, then you can reach out to the Regulatory Authority of Housing Finance Companies - National Housing Bank through the following ways:
