Different Ways to Generate Axis Bank Credit Card PIN
Net Banking
If you are an Axis Bank customer and have an active net banking account, you can generate your Axis credit card PIN through this account by following the steps mentioned below:
Login to your Axis Bank Internet Banking account with your login credentials.
Under the Menu option, go to ‘Accounts’ and then click on ‘My Credit Cards’.
Now click on ‘More Services’ and select the ‘Credit Card PIN Change’ option.
Click on ‘Go’ to confirm your choice.
Enter desired PIN number and then tap on ‘Next’.
A NETSECURE code will be sent by the bank to your registered mobile number for PIN generation.
Enter the NETSECURE code.

Mobile Application
If you have Axis Bank’s mobile app downloaded on your phone and have an Axis Bank net banking account, then you can use this method to create your Axis credit card PIN. The steps are given below:
Log into the Axis Bank mobile application.

A. Steps for customers who are generating PIN for the first time
Select the ‘Set PIN’ option on the ATM screen. If you are a first-time user, the ATM screen will display another screen with the ‘Generate OTP’ option.
On inserting the card, the ATM machine will capture the card number, but on the next screens, you will be required to enter your account details, including Date of Birth, Card Expiry Date and registered mobile number. Then you will have to enter the activation passcode/OTP received on the mobile number registered with the bank.
On entering the above details successfully, you will have to set a desired PIN on the next screen and then re-confirm the same.

B. Steps for customers who have generated OTP/activation passcode but not credit card PIN
Go to any Axis Bank ATM and insert your Axis Bank Credit Card.
Select the ‘Set PIN’ option on the ATM screen.
If you already have a valid OTP received on your registered mobile number, the ATM will display another screen with the ‘Set pin having an OTP’ option.
Enter the Once activation passcode or OTP received on the registered mobile number.
On entering the above details successfully, you will be able to set a desired PIN on the next screen.
Re-confirm the PIN set by you.
You will receive a confirmation message on your registered phone number from the bank on generating a PIN successfully.
