Welcome Benefit 

• 499 NeuCoins on Tata Neu App. 
• Offer available as a reversal of first-year membership fee. 
• Applicable on the first transaction done within 30 days of Tata Neu credit card issuance.
• The welcome benefit is not applicable on Lifetime Free and First Year Free Cards. 

NeuCoins

• 2% back as NeuCoins on non-EMI spends on Tata Neu & partner Tata Brands. 
• 1% back as NeuCoins on non-Tata brand spends & any merchant EMI spends.
• 1% (maximum 500 NeuCoins per calendar month) back as NeuCoins on UPI spends (including partner Tata brands). 
• Additional 5% back as NeuCoins on selected categories on Tata Neu App/Website, post downloading Tata Neu App and registering for Tata NeuPass. 
• NeuCoins will not accrue for fuel spends, wallet loads & Smart EMI/ Dial an EMI transactions.
• Reward points earned on grocery transactions are capped at 1,000 per month.

NeuCoins Redemption & Validity

• NeuCoins can be used for purchases on Tata Neu/Website for Brands like AirAsia India, Bigbasket, Croma, Westside., Tata CLiQ/ Tata CLiQ Luxury, Hotel Bookings/ Purchases on IHCL, TATA 1MG, Qmin, and Titan/ Tanishq (only via Tata Neu).
• You can use NeuCoins by selecting Tata Pay/ NeuCoins/ Loyalty Redemption as the payment method. 
• NeuCoins can only be used on eligible transactions defined by the individual brands.

Zero Lost Card Liability

• In the unfortunate event of losing your card, you have zero liability for any fraudulent transactions made on your credit card. 
• Report the loss immediately to the 24-hour call centre of the bank to avail of the benefit.

Interest-Free Credit Period 

• Up to 50 days of interest-free period. 
• Applicable from the date of purchase (on submitting the charge by the merchant).

Domestic Lounge Access

• 4 complimentary domestic airport lounge access per calendar year. 
• 1 visit in a quarter can be availed of. 
• Rs. 2 will be charged to the credit card (VISA/ RuPay) for the lounge access.
• Access is available at select airport lounges in Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, and Maharashtra.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver

• 1% fuel surcharge waiver across all fuel stations in India.
• Offer applicable on transactions between Rs. 400 and Rs. 5,000. 
• The maximum waiver available is up to Rs. 250 per statement cycle.

Contactless Payment

• The Tata Neu card is enabled for contactless payments, facilitating fast and secure payments at retail outlets. 
• Payment through contactless mode in India is allowed for a maximum of Rs. 5,000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your credit card PIN. 
• If the amount is higher than or equal to Rs. 5,000, the cardholder has to enter the PIN for security reasons.

• Revolving Credit is available at a nominal interest rate.
• Spend Rs. 1 Lakh or more in a year, before your HDFC Tata Neu credit card renewal date and get your renewal fee waived.

Eligibility for Salaried Applicant

• The applicant should be an Indian national.
• The minimum age of the applicant should be at least 21 years. 
• The maximum age of the applicant should be up to 60 years.
• The net monthly income of the applicant should be at least Rs. 25,000.

Eligibility for Self-employed Applicant

• The applicant should be an Indian national.
• The minimum age of the applicant should be at least 21 years. 
• The maximum age of the applicant should be up to 65 years.
• The applicant should have an Income Tax Return (ITR) of more than Rs. 6 Lakhs per annum.

To apply for the HDFC Tata Neu Plus credit card, you will be required to submit the following documents along with a duly filled application form and a recent passport-size photograph:

• Identity Proof: PAN Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID Card/ Job Card issued by NREGA/ Letters issued by the UIDAI/ any other government-approved photo ID proof. 
• Address Proof: Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Utility Bill not older than 3 months/ Ration Card/ Property Registration Document/ Job Card issued by NREGA/ Bank Statement/ any other government-approved address proof
• Income Proof: Recent Salary Slips (not older than 3 months), latest Form 16, and Bank Statements of the last 3 months.
