You can use the HDFC Bank Credit Card Missed Call Service for details regarding the usable limit available on the credit card. All you have to do is to give a missed call to the toll-free number 1800-270-3311. Your call will be disconnected after a few rings. You will then receive the available credit card balance through SMS.

The call should be made from a registered mobile number. If the call is from an unregistered mobile number, you will get a message saying that the mobile number is not registered. The mobile number should be registered with the Bank, and you should also register for the Missed Call Service.

You can avail of various credit card related services from the HDFC Bank Credit.

To report theft of the card: The moment you realise that your card has been stolen, you should call the 24x7 HDFC Bank Credit Card Customer Care toll-free number 1800-202-6161/ 1860-267-6161 and get the card blocked.

For reactivation of the credit card: The card, once blocked, cannot be reactivated. You will have to place a request for a replacement card. You can do that by calling the HDFC Credit Card Customer Care number 1800-202-6161/ 1860-267-6161 and talking to the customer care executive. Your request will be noted and the replacement card issued. If you are from one of the cities with dedicated Customer Care numbers, you can call that number to place the request.
