MyRewards is HDFC Bank’s credit card rewards programme, under which you can earn and redeem reward points. Every HDFC credit card has a different rewards structure, hence, the reward points value of an HDFC credit card in rupees varies from one card to another. Following are the key HDFC credit card reward points features that you must keep in mind before earning/ redeeming your reward points:

• You require a minimum of 500 points to initiate rewards redemption.
• You have to fill out a reward redemption form to redeem the accumulated reward points.
• Note down your Redemption Order Number for future queries or issues.
• The items against which you redeemed your reward points, will be sent to your registered communication address. In case you want them to be delivered to a different address, speak to HDFC credit card customer care.
• The reward points earned on multiple HDFC credit cards cannot be pooled.
• If you redeem your reward points against gift vouchers, you have to use them before the voucher’s expiry date.
• The item bought against reward points can be exchanged/ returned only if it is defective.

HDFC Credit Card Rewards Redemption via Website - In order to redeem HDFC Credit Card reward points via HDFC Credit Card Net Banking, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Login to your HDFC net banking account using your Customer ID and password.
• Click on the ‘Cards’ section on the top.
• Your credit cards will be shown and now click on 'Enquire' on the left side of a section to check HDFC Credit Card Reward Points.
• Select the ‘Redeem Reward Points’ tab and choose the credit card from which you want to redeem the points.
• The bank will redirect you to the catalogue page, and you can then select the product you wish to purchase with your reward points.

Offline

HDFC Credit Card Reward Redemption via Post: In the offline method, the cardholder can redeem the credit card reward points via post:
