Getting ICICI Personal Loan Statement Online through the Web Portal

You can place a request online through the web portal of ICICI Bank to get your personal loan statement. Follow the steps mentioned below to request a personal loan statement:

• Visit ICICI Bank’s official website, i.e. www.icicibank.com.
• Click on the ‘Ways to Bank’ option under the top menu.
• Go to the ‘Service Request’ given under the ‘Internet Banking’ option.
• Now click on the ‘Service Request’ tab. 
• You will be redirected to a new web page.
• Scroll down to the ‘Loan’ section on the ‘List of Service Requests’ page, and then click on the ‘Personal Loan Related’ option.
• Now, on the bottom side of the next page, click on the ‘Request for Statement of Loan Account’ option under the ‘Others’ heading.
• You will be asked to secure the login page on the portal.
• Now log in to the portal with your ‘User ID’ and ‘Password’ or ‘Registered Mobile Number’.
• In case you are using your User ID to log in, enter your User ID and password and then click on the ‘Login’ button.
• In case you are using your registered mobile number to log in, mention your phone number and then click on the ‘Get OTP’ button. After that enter the OTP in the box provided and login.
• After you are logged in, you can easily place a request for personal loan account statement.

How to Login to ICICI Web Portal?

In order to log in to ICICI web portal for checking your ICICI personal loan statement, you need to generate the User ID and password first by following the steps mentioned below:

• Go to the ICICI Bank net banking login page.
• Click on the ‘Get User ID’ option under the ‘User ID’ field.
• Enter your account number or debit card number on the next page along with your registered mobile number to generate your User ID.
• In a similar way, you can generate your password too.
• As soon as you have generated your login User ID and password, you can use them to log in to your net banking account.

You can also contact the ICICI Bank Customer Care team at 1860 120 7777 and ask them to generate your User ID. After your User ID is generated, you need to set up your password and then you can use these credentials to log in to your account.
