Axis Bank Credit Card Login

The Axis Bank credit card users must apply for the Axis Bank internet banking facility first to log in to their Axis Bank credit card account. Once the application is done, follow the steps mentioned below to log in to your Axis Bank credit card account:

• Go to the official website of Axis Bank.
• You will find a ‘Login’ link on the right side of the screen. Click on that link.
• Now enter your unique Customer ID and Password.
• Then click on the ‘Login’ button, and you will be logged in to your Axis net banking account.

Axis Bank credit cardholders must follow the steps given below to register their Axis Bank credit card:

• You must have an active internet banking account with Axis Bank to register your Axis Bank credit card.
• Log in to the internet banking portal of Axis Bank to link your credit card to your bank account, and then mention your Customer ID and Password.
• After logging in, click on the ‘Accounts’ tab and then choose the ‘My Credit Cards’ option.
• Now select the ‘Click here to link your credit card account to your Internet Banking ID’ tab.
• Enter the required details on the new page, such as your credit card number, card’s expiry date, mobile number, email ID and your Axis Bank savings account number.
• Make sure you read the mentioned ‘Terms and Conditions’ thoroughly and tick the box.
• Now click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number for authentication. 
• After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message from the bank notifying acceptance.

Axis Bank’s credit cardholders can also register their credit card offline by visiting the nearest branch of the bank and filling out a form to avail of the net banking feature for their credit card. Below is the list of the net banking facilities offered by Axis Bank:

• View the details of your bank account (like account balance, transaction history, etc.), and see Axis Bank credit card details and statements.
• Transfer funds to your own account or other bank account easily.
• Make credit card bill and utility bill payments from Axis Bank net banking.
• Report the lost/stolen card, change your ATM PIN, redeem accumulated reward points. etc. 

You can easily change your Axis Bank credit card net banking password by following the steps mentioned below:

• Go to the Axis Bank login page and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
• Enter your Login ID on the next page and then select ‘Proceed’.
• Now you will be asked to enter your ‘Account Details’, such as the credit card number, card expiry date, and ATM PIN. 
• Tick the ‘Terms and Conditions’ box and then click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
• Mention a new password twice to confirm. 
• Now enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to authenticate the process and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• On the screen, a success message will be displayed, and the same will also be sent to your registered mobile number, confirming that your password has been reset successfully.

Follow the steps mentioned below to reset your Axis Bank credit card PIN:

• Login to the Axis Bank internet banking portal and select ‘Accounts’ option.
• Now choose ‘My Credit Cards’ and then select ‘‘More Services’.
• Choose the ‘Credit Card PIN Change’ option and click on the ‘Go’ button.
• Mention the new PIN and then select ‘Next’.
• Type in the NETSECURE code sent to your registered mobile number to authorise the process.
• Click on the ‘Confirm’ tab to successfully change the PIN.

You can also change your Axis Bank credit card PIN by visiting your nearby Axis Bank ATM, through Axis Mobile App, or via phone banking.

Follow the steps given below to make Axis Bank credit card bill payment via net banking:

• Login to Axis Bank net banking portal and select the ‘Credit Cards’ option. 
• Then choose the ‘Balance and Payments’ option.
• Select the credit card for which you want to make the payment.
• Now choose the account from which you want to make the bill payment.
• Mention the payment amount and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

If you have more than one credit card for which you want to make the payment, follow the below-mentioned steps:

• After you register your credit cards, log in to Axis Bank Internet Banking.
• Choose the ‘Accounts’ option and then click on the ‘Pay Bill Option’ tab.
• Now select the ‘Add New Biller’ option and choose the ‘Credit Cards’ category. 
• Select the biller ‘Axis Bank Credit Card - Directpay’.
• Mention biller details, such as Nickname, credit card number, etc. 
• Select ‘Fetch’ for the cardholder’s name verification.
• Enter the Netsecure code sent to your registered mobile number via SMS to validate the detail. 
• Click on the ‘Add’ button.
• On successful registration, details will be available under the ‘Registered biller’ and ‘Direct pay’ options.
• Now login once again to your Axis Bank net banking account and select ‘Accounts’. 
• Then select the ‘Pay Bill’ option.
• Choose the active registered biller and choose ‘Pay Now’ in the ‘Direct pay’ option, 
• Here, two options are available on the screen, i.e. One Time Payment (instant payment) and Repetitive Payment (which is payment in parts in weekly, monthly, and annual frequency). Choose the option that is more suitable for you. 
• Mention the payment amount.
• Under the ‘One Time Payment’ option, funds will be deducted instantly from your account and credited to your credit card in real-time. Whereas, in the case of the ‘Repetitive Payment’ option, funds will be debited repetitively on a particular day according to the number of payments mentioned in the field.

You can check your Axis Bank credit card statement through any of the following ways:

• The bank sends e-statements every month to the customer’s registered e-mail address.
• The bank sends monthly statements to the customer’s registered mailing address.
• Customers can also view their Axis Bank credit card statements online by logging on to the Axis Bank Internet Banking Portal. 
• Just visit the ‘Credit Card’ section, choose the ‘Balance and Payment’ option and then select the credit card for which you want the statement. Then click on the ‘Submit’ button. 
• You can check the credit card balance on Axis Bank Mobile App. 
• You can use phone banking or SMS facility to get your credit card balance details.
