After successful creation of Axis Bank Credit Card login ID and password, either through online or through offline channels, you can set up Axis Bank credit card PIN, enable offline, online, one-touch, domestic and international transactions. 

Activate your Axis Bank Card Online

Axis Bank Credit Cards can be activated in two ways by using online channels, one is by accessing the Axis Bank Net Banking and the other way is by logging into the Axis Bank mobile application. Both the process of activating Axis Bank Credit Card are seamless and easy as you can generate Axis Bank Credit Card login ID and password within a couple of minutes. 

Activate Axis Bank Credit Card through Netbanking

Axis Bank Net Banking is one of the convenient ways to activate an Axis Bank Credit Card, it can be even more easy if you are already an Axis Bank customer. All the Axis Bank customers are not required to generate a fresh login ID & password as they can skip this step and can directly go to the credit cards section to activate the Axis Bank credit card. 

• Step 1: Visit Axis Bank’s official website. 
• Step 2: Enter the Axis Bank login ID & password at the Axis Bank Net Banking Login Page. 
• Step 3: Click on ‘Accounts’ from the dropdown by hovering the mouse pointer at ‘Menu’ option. 
• Step 4: Click on ‘My Credit Cards’, select the credit card from ‘More Services’ option and subsequently select ‘Credit Card PIN Change’. 
• Step 5: Confirm the commands by clicking on ‘Go’ button, enter a new secret PIN, then select ‘Next’.

Step 6: You will be required to enter a NETSECURE code sent by Axis Bank for confirming your identity on the registered mobile number. This is the last and crucial step for generating the PIN. Click on ‘Confirm’ after entering the code to process the Axis Bank Credit Card activation. 

Activate Axis Bank Credit Card through a Mobile app

Axis Bank Credit Card can be activated through the Axis Bank mobile application in a much similar manner. 

• Step 1: Open Axis Bank mobile application and login with the login ID and password. 
• Step 2: Search for ‘Services’ tab from the ‘Banking’ menu and then tap on ‘Credit Card’ option: 
• Step 3: Next thing is to tap on ‘Set/Reset PIN’ option. 
• Step 4: You’ll be prompted to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent on the registered mobile number with Axis Bank. 
• Step 5: After entering the OTP, you can decide and enter a 4-digit PIN for Axis Bank Credit Card. The 4-digit Axis Bank Credit Card PIN is required to be validated with your Mobile Banking Personal Identification Number (MPIN) to confirm your identity. 

Following the aforementioned 5-step process, you will receive a confirmation message from the Axis Bank displaying that the Axis Bank Credit Card PIN has been successfully changed. 

Activate Axis Bank Credit Card Offline

Axis Bank also allows the Axis Bank Credit Card via offline channels to ensure that individuals living in remote areas with no or limited access to mobile internet and broadband services can also activate the credit card and start using the services. As far as offline activation of Axis Bank Credit Card is concerned, there are two methods, one is through visiting the nearest Axis Bank ATM and other is via contacting the Axis Bank Customer Care. 

Activate Axis Bank Credit Card through Axis Bank ATM

Axis Bank Credit Card can be successfully activated through the nearest Axis Bank ATM. 

• Step 1: Insert your Axis Bank Credit Card with the chip in the forward direction into the ATM kiosk. 
• Step 2: Select the ‘Set PIN’ option and then click on ‘Generate OTP’. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. 
• Step 3: You will be prompted to enter your personal credentials to confirm your identity, such as your registered mobile number, date of birth, and credit card expiry date. 
• Step 4: After this, you can set up a new PIN by entering the OTP received and reconfirming the new 4-digit PIN. A confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number after successful change of PIN. 

Activate Axis Bank Credit Cards via Customer Care

Activating an Axis Bank Credit Card through customer care support could be the easiest option of all as you are only required to call the official Axis Bank Credit Card Customer Care number from your registered mobile number. You will be asked to enter the 16-digit Axis Bank Credit Card number, alongside some relevant personal information such as your date of birth, etc. You can enter the desired 4-digit PIN through your mobile phone to set up or change the PIN.
