Axis Bank Credit Grievance Redressal

Axis Bank redressal mechanism has three levels.

Level 1: First-timers can lodge a complaint, post a request or query through a live chat by selecting the product and the type of issue. To enquire about the complaint status they can call on the number 18004190068. The support group can be contacted on this number from 8.00 a.m.to 8.00 p.m. You can even send an email to customer.services@gmail.com. You can also visit the nearest branch of Axis Bank and lodge your request/query/complaint personally.

Level 2: If you do not get any response on lodging your queries through Level 1 you can escalate the matter to level 2.  At this level, you can send an email to the Nodal Officer of the bank. You will homepage to give the service request number, account details and the product type. Level 3: If the response from Level 2 is not satisfactory, then you can contact the Principal Nodal Officer either through Email or by downloading a redressal form and posting it to the address available on the form after duly filling in the details.
