  • Salaried as well as self-employed borrowers are eligible to apply for Ummeed Housing Finance Home Loan.
  • Borrowers should be above 25 years of age when applying for the loan.
  • The maximum age of the borrower should not be more than 65 years when the loan matures.
  • Borrowers should have a bank account.
  • Borrowers should be residing in a city where the lender has an office.
  • Guarantors are not mandatory.
