Terms and Conditions:
- To access the participating domestic airport lounges, you have to present your SBI Credit Card at the time of entry. Lounge access would be provided only on successful authorisation of your SBI Card on the lounge’s POS terminal.
- For SBI Credit Cards on VISA and RuPay, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2 will be charged to the card account for validation.
- For SBI Credit Cards on Mastercard, a temporary fee of Rs. 25 towards authorisation will be charged for validation purposes. However, this fee will not be settled or debited from the customer's account.
- If you have exceeded the complimentary domestic airport lounge visits quota, the transaction will decline, and the lounge personnel will inform you.
- The program is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be encashed.
- Participating Airport Lounges may enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2-3 hours) to prevent overcrowding.
- The SBI Card lounge access program is managed by the respective network partners (Mastercard, RuPay, and Visa).
- Complimentary airport lounge access on SBI RuPay Credit Cards will be provided on successful card validation through Pine Labs POS machines at the lounge.
