Good news for home loan customers! Ahead of festival season, Kotak Mahindra Bank has slashed home loan interest rate and announced the lowest ever interest rate for home loan customers starting at 6.50% p.a. 

In a press statement, Kotak bank on Thursday shared its latest offering for home loan customers. Kotak housing loan interest rates for new as well as balance transfer customers will now begin from 6.50 p.a for next sixty days, effective from September 1, 2021 to November 8, 2021.

The statement said: “Rates for both fresh home loans and balance transfers now start at 6.50% p.a., offering the best value to home buyers. This special rate is available across all loans amounts and is linked to a borrower's credit profile.”

The lowest EMI for Kotak home loan will now be Rs 746 per lakh. Currently, home loan rates are the lowest ever in the last 15 years. Kotak bank has been constantly leading the lending ecosystem with the lowest rate and customer-friendly terms.
